CONCERNS

What if my sunglasses don’t fit?

We are confident that we have styles to fit every face. Each frame has a fit guide with measurements that we suggest our customers utilize. Our Instagram and Facebook pages have several lifestyle photos that may help you gauge their size and fit.

If you order your frames and are not satisfied, we offer return and exchange options. Please contact us to get this process started.

What’s your return/exchange policy?

Kohv sunglasses that have not been damaged or worn can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange of equal value. Start a return here.

I have issues with my sunglasses. What is your warranty policy? 

Kohv sunglasses are expertly crafted and tested. However, we provide a warranty in the event that there are any material or workmanship defects. If you have any issues with your sunglasses, please contact us and we will take care of you. 

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! As long as your order has not shipped we are able to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Where do I put in my discount code?

At checkout there will be a designated box that says “discount code.” Input your code in the box, and click apply.

I forgot to put in my discount code, now what?

Please let us know within 24 hours of your purchase and we will honor your code and refund you the difference.

How do you say Kohv?

Kohv is pronounced: “cove”, as in a cove on a lake, our happy place.

Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Meredith, NH and distribute out of Meredith, NH and Little Rock, AR.

How did Kohv get its start?

Is Kohv a woman-led company?

Two of our four founders are female and our Director of Operations too–we will call that female run. With that, we are grateful for our balance and the skill set that each individual brings to the business.

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Kohv. We value our relationships with our retail partners. The process to get started is very simple. Please sign up to be a retail partner here.

I’m a retail partner, how do I place a reorder?

We’ve worked to make the reorder process simple. Please login to your wholesale account. Under the wholesale navigation, select the frames and protective cases that you would like to reorder. The wholesale checkout gives you several payment and scheduling options. Should you have further questions or issues you may contact us at retail@kohveyewear.com.
